Jay Tolley BSc. (Hons.) FIFST RFoodSP
Jay is a graduate of The University of Leeds, a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology, a Visiting Industry Fellow at the University of Salford and an IFST Registered Food Safety Principal (RFoodSP).
He has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry he has also gained extensive experience in strategic management, food safety consultancy, HACCP Team Management, 3rd Party Auditing, Microbiology Training, Crisis management and contamination control around the world. He is the Principal Consultant at Foodtest Laboratories Ltd.
