Positions Currently Available

Trainee Laboratory Technicians

The role involves routine preparation of food and environmental samples for testing purposes, general laboratory duties and associated administration. Full training is provided and can lead to a career as a Food Microbiologist, Food Chemist, Quality Systems Specialist as well as various management positions in the food industry.

GCSE/equivalent or above qualifications in Science, Mathematics and English are required for this role.

Pay rates meet the National Living Wage for the UK and the role includes 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. All employees are also signed up to a PerkBox account which gives savings on purchases from 100’s of high street and internet shopping sites.

Trainee Administration Coordinator

The role involves planning collections of samples from customers and organising the samples as they arrive on site so that they go to the correct department for testing.

You will also be expected to liaise with internal departments, external courier firms and customers on an ongoing basis to ensure that service levels are maintained.

Full training is provided and can lead to a career in administration, data entry, administration management and logistics.

Administration Manager

An experienced Manager is sought to provide oversight and direction to the day-to-day administration requirements of the business. This will involve liaising with all stakeholders, Senior Management, Section Managers, Administration Coordinators and external suppliers to ensure that targets are met, and improvements are sought and implemented. Previous line management experience would be desirable.

Appropriate training is provided and can lead to career advances into Mid and Senior Management positions.

Pay rates are dependent on experience and qualifications, and the role includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. All employees are also signed up to a PerkBox account which gives savings on purchases from 100’s of high street and internet shopping sites.
